A registration fee includes: Attendance at the conference, Lunches, Banquets (Cruise on July 30th, Reception on July 31st and Farewell Party), Congress Bag, Program, Abstracts, Name Tag and other articles related to the conference.
Banquets:
Registration fee for Student does not include the banquets.

Registration Desk:
All attendees are required to check in at the Registration Desk in front of the entrance of the Pacifico Yokohama. Each registered participant will receive a name tag and a congress bag including copy of abstract book, final program, and so on. Service hour of the registration desks is as below.

Abstract:
If you wish to submit an abstract, please make an application through this page by April 28th, 2009. The conference organizer will send you an email to inform you of necessary procedures for the abstract submission.
Payment of the registration fee:
Confirmation of your registration will take place at the time of receipt of full payment of the registration fee. In case you fail to make payment by the due date, your Pre-registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation of your registration will be subject to the following cancellation charge.
Through July 1st, 2009 ….. No charge
After July 2nd, 2009 ….. 100% of your registration (and banquet) fees will not be refunded.
