To all presenters （Symposium, Oral Presentation, Student Forum）
1) All the presentation session will be held at the Lecture Room. (Room314/315)
2) Attached, please find the Letter of Acceptance which is included the time for your presentation.
3) For Symposium : Presentation time will be within 20minutes. Discussion time will be within 5 minutes.
For Oral Presentation : Presentation time will be within 10minutes. Discussion time will be within 3 minutes.
For Student Forum : Presentation time will be within 10minutes. Discussion time will be within 3 minutes.
After all the presentation finished, we will have a Round Table Discussion.
4) Projector screen will be single. We will provide a PC(windows) and a projector.
5) Presenters have to submit the data to the reception desk by one hour before the presentation. We can accept the data previous day.
6) PC reception is behind the Registration Desk.
7) Please use CD-R or USB for presentation data. PC is not allowed to be brought in. Please check the virus before bringing in the data.
8) Presentation data need to be made by Power Point 2003 or 2007 using Windows XP. Mac Os cannot be used.
9) Please use the standard font (Ex. Times New Roman)
10) Operation of mouse and keyboard is done by presenters.
To all poster presenters
1) Poster should be displayed at the lounge between July 30th and 31th.
2) Attached, please find the Letter of Acceptance which is include the Poster No.
3) The size of the poster is length 170cm X width 90cm.
4) Pin will be given to the presenters at the entrance of poster exhibition hall. Presentation No. is attached to the board. Please attach your poster to your board No.
5) Poster attachment term : July 30th 8:00am to 9:00am
Removal term : July 31st 5:00pm to 5:30pm
All the posters which leave on the board after the removal term will be disposed by staff members.
6) Afternoon of July 30th and 31st will be a communication hours for the poster presenters. Please discuss freely at the lounge.
