Abstract Submission
Abstract should de received by April 1st, 2009 April 15th, 2009 April 28th, 2009. We will be considered under the standard review process .Only online abstract submission is available. A maximum of two abstracts will be accepted, inclusive of general and invited submissions. An acknowledgement of the receipt of an abstract will automatically be sent to the presenting author by e-mal upon on-line submission. It is the responsibility of each individual to verify the acknowledgements.
Abstract Notice
You need to register before you submit an abstract, and get your registration number.
Please send your abstract by attached file with use word Microsoft word to the address aamls@jamt.jp.
You can include figures or tables in your text.
Also your e-mail should include your information as follows;
1.Your Name, Working place, Country, Registration number
2.Your category and style for presentation (Oral or poster, or student forum)
3.E-mail address
Acceptance Notice
The Local Organizing Committee will make the final decision on the acceptance of an abstract for oral or poster presentation. The acceptance of abstracts will be notified by May 31, 2009. If your abstract submitted and accepted, please make sure that you finish pay your registration fee no later than April 28th, 2009. Unless you finish payment in time, your abstract might be cancelled and will not be published in the final program.
Official Language
All the papers and presentation should be submitted and presented in English.
Typing instructions
1.Title
The abstract title should be centered over the main body.
The font is Times New Roma 12 point in bold. Abbreviation must not be used in the title.
2.Authors
Author names should be in 10 point bold with the name of the presenting author underlined. The names of each author must include the first name, followed by the last name. No titles( PhD, or Professor, etc) should be added. The number of authors should not exceed 8.
3.Author Affiliation
Author affiliation (institution, city and country) should be in 10 point italic with regular line spacing. Authors from different institutions should be identified by superscript numeral index at the end of that author’s name. Indicate contact person and provide his/her e-mail address at the bottom of the abstract.
4.Text of the Abstracts.
The body of the text should commence 2 lines below the last affiliation. The abstract should be less than 400 words and within the text box provided. It should be typed in 10 point Times New Roman using single space.
Poster Guideline
The guideline for the poster presentation will be delivered individually after reviewing the submitted abstracts. The poster size is Length 90 cm x Width 120 cm. We will have meeting hours for poster presenter.
Student Forum

Round table discussion will be prepared. Any student or teachers can join it.
